A metal part must withstand quite some stressing before it leaves our factory: Heated until it is red-hot, we press it with a force as high as 20,000 kN before cooling it in a cold water bath.
We have specialised in the manufacture of die-forged and hot-forged components for over 50 years now. We take advantage of this vast experience every day. We apply the optimal temperature and the perfect force to each metal. This enables us to produce high-quality hot-forged components which loyal customers around the globe have trusted for years.

Even before manufacturing starts, we apply state-of-the-art technology.
Using 3D-CAD/CAM and CAE, we develop components that meet the most rigorous standards. Computer-aided simulation of the production process enables us to reduce raw material consumption to the absolute minimum.
This has a positive impact on the production costs and conserves resources. It allows us to develop sophisticated solutions that we implement in our in-house die-making shop.
