Die-forging and hot-forging are material-saving forming processes which allow efficient manufacture of metal components which have a particularly high strength.
Applying forces as high as 20,000 kN, we form your parts to give them the perfect geometry. Hot-forged parts are distinguished by their high dimensional accuracy and tight tolerances, their outstanding strength and their neat surfaces.
Hot-forged blanks almost have the geometry of the finished part, enabling material consumption to be reduced to the minimum. Therefore, hot-forging is in many cases the most economical production process.
Thanks to our production systems, some of which are fully automated, we are excellently equipped to handle even large production runs.
Finish - machining

As a special service to our customers, we offer finish-machining of our hot-forged components directly from our factory.
Our wide range of machining equipment for cutting, grinding, turning, drilling and milling ensures a consistently high quality even when processing demanding parts.
Depending on our customers’ requirements, the components undergo further treatment by pickling, nickel-plating, chrome-plating, anodising or burnishing. If required, additional mechanical processes such as sand-blasting, barrel-finishing or polishing are carried out.
Components made of aluminium and steel as well as selected non-ferrous metals undergo thermal processing to ensure their mechanical characteristics are in line with the specific needs.

In our final assembly shop, we join our own parts – or if required purchased or customer-supplied high-quality components – into complete ready-to-use units.
Short paths between the individual production steps and short cycle times reduce the defect rate and allow efficient production of complex assemblies.
